Introducing Sepimax™ Zen, an advanced pre-neutralised polymer crafted to elevate your formulations with exceptional thickening and stabilising properties. This versatile ingredient is ideal for creating transparent gels on its own, as well as enhancing emulsions and surfactant systems, making it a fundamental component for innovative personal care products.

Sepimax™ Zen is uniquely engineered to handle up to 10% salt in aqueous gels, all without the need for neutralisation. It works synergistically with fatty alcohols such as cetyl, cetearyl, or behenyl alcohol, significantly increasing viscosity in emulsions when used at up to 1% in the oil phase. This synergy ensures a stable and robust end product, enhancing both performance and customer satisfaction.

Incorporating Sepimax™ Zen with surfactants boosts foam density while thickening both anionic and non-ionic surfactants. At just 2% usage, it delivers a soft, creamy foam and lather, enriching the sensory experience of your formulations. Additionally, it excels in creating low pH gels and can be used with up to 4% glycolic acid, 0.1% magnesium chloride, and 0.2% EDTA. Its compatibility with silicones, mineral oil, emollient esters (such as Lotioncrafter Ester AB and Lotioncrafter FCO), and other natural oils and butters offers extensive formulation flexibility. As an anionic emulsifier, it should not be combined with cationic ingredients.
