$26.50$1,008.00

For use in making and manufacture of an array of cosmetic and beauty products.

Crafted with care and expertise, our Wooden Loaf Mould is an essential tool for passionate soap makers. Supplied with a high-quality silicone liner, this mould holds a convenient 1200g batch of cold process or melt and pour soap. The lightweight silicone liner makes it easy to unmould your creations, ensuring a smooth and effortless soap-making experience.

With approximate dimensions of 28cm by 8.9cm by 8.2cm and a volume capacity of 1.2kg, this mould offers versatility in your crafting process. You can also use it as a shallow, rectangular tray by filling it only a few centimetres deep. The mould comes with a lid for improved insulation, helping to maintain the ideal conditions for soap setting.

Unmoulding your soap is simple: for cold process soap, lay the liner on its side and slide the soap out after a few days, depending on the softness of your recipe. For melt and pour soap, unmould once it is completely set and cold. This mould can produce between 9 to 13 bars, depending on how thickly you slice them.

Usage: Our silicone moulds are designed to meet the needs of both hobbyists and professionals, making them an excellent choice for anyone involved in soap-making. These moulds offer practical solutions that guarantee outstanding results when handled with care. When working with our silicone tray moulds, always place them on a baking sheet or board to ensure they have the necessary support due to their flexibility. This recommendation applies to all our silicone moulds with multiple cavities. To protect the integrity of your moulds, avoid using knives to “unstick” your soap. Instead, gently use a blunt spatula or a bread and butter knife to introduce some air at the edges. This technique will allow you to peel back the mould easily without causing any damage. For cleaning, simply use warm, soapy water and a sponge to remove any residual soap. Avoid using scourers and abrasives that can harm the silicone surface. It’s crucial not to wash the moulds in a dishwasher, as the high heat can warp them, affecting their shape and functionality. Hand washing thoroughly ensures the mould’s durability and effectiveness over time.
